You visit our office or contact us for free credit report and assessment, we recommend the suitable solution and discuss the solution and cost. You decide if you wish to proceed with the solution or not. Should you wish to proceed the follow step takes place.

With your consent to proceed with our services, we send you the forms to be completed and returned with supporting document(s) i.e Your ID Copy, Proof of Residents, Proof of Minimum fee payment etc.

Upon receipt of your documents, depending on the solution provided, we contact your credit providers and/or Credit bureaus offices. We investigate, negotiate, refer your matter to court in order to resolve your credit issue. We update you on the process and the outcome.

After resolving the credit issue. If applicable, we update your credit profile and you are financially viable. You are Happy We are Happy
